张蒲安，陕西蒲城人，当过兵上过前线，八十年代初是国内赫赫有名的舞台美术师，九十年代初开始首部影视剧创作。
代表作品有：《风雨刑警》、《女囚》、《拯救少年犯》、《我和我的父亲》、《红粉白雪》、《出路》、《无处藏身》、《千秋功罪》等。
