帐户上的所有服务器均按小时计费，最高可达月费率上限。小时费率是通过将月费率除以 672 小时（28 天）来确定的。如果服务器在一个日历月内在线超过 672 小时，则只需按月费率收费。累计费用将在每月 1 日向帐户开具发票。
如果将实例升级到更大的计划，则该实例将显示在升级月份的单独发票行项目中。每个行项将按与计划关联的小时费率计费，以计算该时间段内的实际小时数。因此，在升级实例的一个月内，可能需要支付超过 672 小时（最多为该月的实际小时数）的费用。
